Many of my friends and professional associates refer to me as the "Matchmaker"--matching people to homes and homes to people. I like that! I am passionate about helping people find the right real estate investment. I have enjoyed being a matchmaker in Washington State since 1992. I began my career in Puyallup (Pierce County area) and had the privilege of helping many fine people. I focused my earlier career on working with Builders and Land Developers on marketing New Construction Plats and neighborhood. I enjoyed it very much and this became the catalyst for launching my own Construction Company, "Buttermilk Creek Homes" with my partner, Eleanor Reid (also known as my Mom), in 1998.
In 2000 I relocated both businesses and my family, including Mom and Dad, to Skagit County. We have enjoyed helping many "first time" Homebuyers, Investors and Retirees find their perfect home here.
I became an Associate Broker during the summer of 2000--this designation certifies that I am a veteran Real Estate agent and that I have taken continuing education courses to advance my career and that I am current on real estate law, ethics, marketing. Having this designation is required in Washington State in order to be the designated broker of your own Real Estate company.
I became Nationally certified as an e-PRO agent during its initial offering to the real estate community.
